Good
The rooms were clean and spacious. The courtyard area is beautiful and makes you forget you are in the city. The pool was also a nice touch!
Unfortunately in the morning of our stay their was a cockroach on the bathroom sink and mouse droppings on our pillows. Also, they can supply more toiletries. Not enough towels, toilet paper and only shampoo, no hand soap ect. (This cam be easily ignored and not a huge deal but the mouse droppings are)

What was the highlight of Quinta Chiapas Hotel
Confortable beds and great for a getaway to the city center.
The staff was very attentive. The pool is clean, the place is well located for transportation and a few minutes walk to the convenience store, the bed was confortable and room was big.
Good location if you are visiting the city. But a bit far from other main attractions/restaurants, for instance, a taxi to the sumidero canyon is 170 pesos.
